Plant Service Requests

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Botany Greenhouse is closed to the public, students, and most researchers until further notice. If you visit the Botany Garden on campus, please be respective of our gardener who is considered essential staff and practice social distancing.

The online plant service requests can be made with the form below. These services are currently only available to faculty, staff, and students of the Department of Botany.

We currently are not doing general tours for visitors, but special arrangements can be made if you contact the Director.

Plant Service Request

  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Include information that will help us understand your needs. For class plants, list the semester and year, weekly schedule, number of plants and anything else you need. For research request include the duration of research with us, space requirements, species of interest for sampling the living collection, and/or seed germinations or cuttings. Include if you require artificial lights, and possible temperature and humidity needs. Please include a supporting file that will help the director understand the research proposed.
